Kboard ("we", "our", or "us") is a Shopify app developed by ENAION CO., LTD (주식회사 에나이온). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our app.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide our services:

• Shop information: Store domain, plan type, installation date
• Customer information: Customer name and email address (used to identify post authors and send reply notifications)
• Post data: Titles, content, and comments submitted through Kboard boards

3. How We Use Information

• To display posts and comments on the storefront Q&A board
• To send email notifications when a post receives an admin reply
• To verify customer identity for secret post access
• To provide merchants with post management tools in the Shopify admin

4. Data Storage

All data is stored securely on our servers hosted on DigitalOcean (Singapore region). We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Post passwords are encrypted using bcrypt hashing and are never stored in plain text.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to third parties. We do not use customer data for advertising or marketing purposes.

6. GDPR Compliance

We comply with Shopify's GDPR requirements:

• Customer data requests are handled within 30 days
• Customer data is deleted upon merchant or customer request
• Shop data is deleted within 48 hours of app uninstallation

7. Data Retention

Post and comment data is retained as long as the app is installed. Upon uninstallation, merchant data is scheduled for deletion within 48 hours. Merchants can request immediate deletion by contacting us.
